We are looking for determined and ambitious people to join our Client Support Team. If you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to engage with/provide client support and enjoy investigation and analysis, we want to hear from you. As a Client Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include raising and investigating incidents and communicating the results to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, you will be given training and continued support to achieve your personal career goals and individual ambitions.
The working hours for this role are shift based and after an initial training period will be covering one of two static shifts between the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. The actual shift pattern for this role after the initial training period is 10.30am – 7.00pm.
