Client Support Analyst (Trainee)

£16k + benefits, Bristol (UK)

If you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to engage with our customers via telephone and email, and you enjoy analysing reports we want to hear from you, as we are looking for aspiring new team members as we continue to grow globally.

As a Trainee Client Support Analyst, you’ll be given numerous responsibilities such as raising incidents, investigating incidents and communicating back the results of your investigations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Client Services Analyst, you will be given training and continued support to achieve your personal career goals and individual ambitions.

The working hours for this role are shift based and after an initial training period will be covering one of two static shifts between the hours of 7am to 7pm on a Monday to Friday Basis.
