Sword Apak has achieved immense success in the North American market in recent years. As VP of Operations in the Americas, I am responsible for increasing the growth of the regional team; including the expansion of resource to cater for clients’ growing needs, working across the global team to ensure optimum business efficiency and client success, as well as maintain a high level of communication and customer service across all stages of the product life cycle.
I joined Sword Apak in 1997 with a wealth of experience in customer service, technology and the automotive industry. I was responsible for such tasks as setting up the banking support helpdesk and I led the PMO team and wider business through some of the largest projects the company has encountered. In 2009 I became PMO Director and in 2011 I relocated to our Atlanta office in the US as Global PMO Director.

I think our approach to continuous improvement is refreshing too – it helps us know what we do well but pushes us to always try and do better.
My biggest achievement during my time at Sword Apak has been leading the team as we continue to grow across the US market, keeping our goals aligned on customer success and recruiting some of the most talented people in the industry to help us exceed our aims.
